These guys did an awesome and thorough job inspecting a home we are wanting to buy. They made us aware of most of the small things, the more concerning and potentially hazardous things that need to be addressed. Most of all, I paid for a $200 radon test and was informed that in this particular situation, it wouldn't be very necessary and that I can be refunded. Super awesome that they were looking out for us instead of just taking the easy money for the add on. I will be calling them again for service in the future.

it is real easy to set up an inspection with your office super efficient Aaron did a great job inspecting when he had a question he would give me a call and we would make a decision. Contacted 406 HIP based on recommendation of realtor friend for inspection of a home I was purchasing. Co-owner Theresa was extremely pleasant and very informative on the phone. Set up appointment and since I am out of town, I had my son meet the inspector, Aaron, at the house. During the inspection, other co-owner, Robin showed up as well. I had prepped my son with questions and points I wanted covered and both Aaron and Robin were very responsive. I actually received the report the same night and was thoroughly impressed with the product. It is very nicely laid out and there is a more condensed version with "Recommendations" and the more complete "Full Report". The reports are very logically laid out with tabs you can click allowing you to navigate to a specific topic such as "Attic" or "Exterior". Whenever a specific issue was addressed such as a leaky gutter or a potential fire hazard, etc., it was accompanied by a photo to visually document the item or deficiency. In an email I received from them, I was encouraged to call with any questions I had. After digesting the lengthy report and discussing issues with a friend, I placed a call and was soon called back by Aaron. Aaron gave me his overall impression and then spent about 20 minutes on the phone going over all the issues and questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend 406 HIP. I found them to be highly professional, extremely thorough, and very friendly at the same time. Their comprehensive work product provided me with the ability to make an informed decision on my sizable investment.
