These guys did an awesome and thorough job inspecting a home we are wanting to buy. They made us aware of most of the small things, the more concerning and potentially hazardous things that need to be addressed. Most of all, I paid for a $200 radon test and was informed that in this particular situation, it wouldn't be very necessary and that I can be refunded. Super awesome that they were looking out for us instead of just taking the easy money for the add on. I will be calling them again for service in the future.

They told us we don’t have mold which is exactly what we wanted to hear. It’s possible their equipment doesn’t work and our house is swimming with mold but they sent us a real email and everything confirming we don’t have mold so we’re painting our basement in pond water to celebrate our good luck. Also they were very nice and professional.

it is real easy to set up an inspection with your office super efficient Aaron did a great job inspecting when he had a question he would give me a call and we would make a decision. He wasn't able to get into one unit, but fortunately he was able to get into it the next day. His pictures were very helpful

The work was very good. The only thing missing is the fact that the person picking up the Radon tester (on Monday) did not discuss that we would be paying an extra FEE if we did not give him a check on the spot ! A credit card fee of 3.95% is not huge. but it is irritating to not having it explained in advance.
